Install the payroll software on your PC, then make the same entries in the software that you would give to your accountant or payroll bureau.
No need to buy any special stationery; the software prints your payslips on blank paper and prints HMRC documents such as P45s for leavers on the standard HMRC stationery.
Each of your companies can have an unlimited number of employees
You don't have to give us a penny for the Express Edition of the software.
Why are we giving away free payroll software?
We believe that once you have tried our software you'll want to
buy a licence for the Premium Edition or for the CIS extensions. A licence for
the Premium Edition costs only £49.90 per year (less if you buy 2 or 3 years
straight away), and includes valuable features, some of which you are allowed
on a trial basis in the free Express Edition:
- Internet submission of year-end P14s and P35s. (From 09-10 this is now compulsory)
- Many useful reports and smart payslip layouts. You can even try out the reports and one of the payslip layouts in the free Express Edition for the first few weeks or months
- Place your own company logo on output (for example, payslips) from the payroll
- But you don't have to upgrade to the Premium Edition. Just carry on using the free Express Edition indefinitely, if it suits you.
Download the FREE Software

Our payroll software and wages software quickly and easily calculates tax and earnings, and can give you the reports that you need.

it and install it for you if it isn't already on your PC. If you have any problems please try our Installation FAQ first, then
get in touch with us if you still can't install the product.
