This course is for people entering, or who have recently entered, a direct selling environment (whether telephone or face to face) and provides an understanding of the principles of successful sales skills.

It is designed to help junior sales staff build successful sales skills by examining the nature of the sales advisor/customer relationship and applying this knowledge to the process of selling.


Pre-requisites 

 

The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about being a sales executive and would like to take part in a highly rewarding home study course.
