This course is designed for people responsible for managing residential and care homes and for shift supervisors.

This course is aimed at people wishing to set and maintain high standards of care and employ good practice in the management of resources.


Pre-requisites 

 

The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about being a sales executive and would like to take part in a highly rewarding home study course.

  • Introduce good practice in devising admissions and occupancy policies

  • Introduce standards setting in the home

  • Provide opportunities to promote a structured community life

  • Develop an awareness of the importance of balance in work and leisure

  • Understand the concepts of self-development

  • Adopt good practice for residential home management
